AussieTheatre is thrilled to be giving away some double passes to see Enda Markey’s production of Blood Brothers at the new Alex Theatre, St Kilda on 19 July!

Starring Helen Dallimore, Michael Cormick, Bobby Fox and Josh Piterman, Blood Brothers is playing for three weeks only in Melbourne following a sold out season at Hayes Theatre Co in Sydney earlier this year.

The musical, written by Willy Russell, is an hilarious provocative and heartbreaking show that tells the unforgettable story of the Johnstone twins. Separated at birth when their mother cannot afford to keep them both, Mickey (Bobby Fox) and Edward (Josh Piterman) grow up streets apart, becoming best friends but never knowing the truth of their heritage. The prophecy that twins who are separated at birth will die on the day they find out their heritage brings this stunningly crafted musical to its shattering but inevitable conclusion.
