Angelina Ballerina returns to Canberra

 Back by popular demand after a hit season in December 2009, Angelina Ballerina is returning to the Canberra Theatre Centre from 1 – 4 February 2012! 

 Angelina Ballerina's Big AuditionBack by popular demand after a hit season in December 2009, Angelina Ballerina is returning to the Canberra Theatre Centre from 1 – 4 February 2012!   Angelina Ballerina’s Big Audition, performed by the Royal New Zealand Ballet, is the perfect introduction for children aged three to eight years to the magical world of dance.  The live ballet has been given a big thumbs up by Helen Craig and Katharine Holabird – creators Angelina Ballerina. “We attended Angelina’s performances several times, and thought it was absolutely beautiful and wonderfully funny. This sparkling and original ballet is a magical theatrical experience for young and old alike,” said Angelina Ballerina creators Helen Craig and Katharine Holabird.  Angelina Ballerina’s Big Audition takes audiences on the next step of Angelina’s journey to become a Prima Ballerina as she prepares to audition for the prestigious Camembert Academy of Performing Arts.
Angelina Ballerina has been a much-loved children’s character since she first pliéd her dainty mouse feet in 1982.
