The Musical Of Musicals, The Musical is…drum roll… a musical about musicals, opening later in August 2012, at the Harvest Rain Mina Parade Warehouse, Brisbane.
Brought to you by Harvest Rain’s Musical Theatre interns, this fantastic satire of musical theatre tells 5 delightful stories in musical form in the style of the greats from Rodgers and Hammerstein to Stephen Sondheim.
The show is directed by Meg Ham, choreographed by George Canham while Sophie Woodward takes the baton as the shows’ musical director.
The plot centres around ingénue June who who can’t pay rent and is threated by her evil landlord, and is played out five ways in homage to the greatest musical composers of our time.
