Most Popular Musicals Songs To Run To Revealed!

New research from SportsShoes.com has revealed the most popular songs from musicals the world listens to whilst running!

For most people, listening to music whilst running is essential – many runners won’t step on the treadmill or hit the pavements without their favourite playlist. In fact, there’s scientific evidence that listening to music whilst running increases athletic performance and recovery.

With this in mind, SportsShoes.com analysed over 1,800 songs from that included the words ‘musical’ and ‘running’ to find the favourite songs from musicals that people listen to whilst on their run.

Musical lovers are most likely to belt out ‘My Shot’ from Hamilton during their run. The hip hop musical is also the most popular option for runners, and features thirteen times in the top 50, and four times in the top 10. The next most popular musicals for running are Six and Dear Evan Hansen.
