Rob Mills and Johnny Young will audition new YTT hopefuls

 It’s official! Audition dates have been posted for Australia’s biggest and most popular talent show, Young Talent Time.

Audition dates have been posted for Australia’s biggest and most popular talent show, Young Talent Time.  As reported in the Daily Telegraph today, Rob Mills and Johnny Young will be touring the country from September 17 to find the next cohort of youth superstars for the revival series, which will be hosted by music theatre performer, and TV talent quest finalist (Australian Idol 2003) Rob Mills. Auditions are open to anyone between the ages of 8 and 16, and will kick off in Johnny Young’s hometown Perth before moving on to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.  “Rob and I will be searching for the best and brightest young stars to become members of the Young Talent Team, plus we’re looking for contestants to be part of the weekly talent quest,” Young says. “For the talent quest you can be a solo performer or in a group, and we’re not just looking for singers and dancers. We want magicians, jugglers, acrobats, brilliant musicians.
“In fact, all performers are welcome.” Audition Information:
Perth – Perth Concert Hall, September 17 and 18.
Adelaide – Adelaide Entertainment Centre, September 20 and 21.
Brisbane – Brisbane Entertainment Centre, September 24 and 25.
Melbourne – Flemington Race Course, September 27, 28 and 29.
Sydney – Australian Technology Park, October 1, 2 and 3.

  • not happy. Misunderstanding of dates for Sept. Brisbane auditions. Read in Feb.2012 and saw Sept. 24 & 25 YTT audition Brisbane dates and thought is meant 2012, my daughter who sings has been practicing since then now I have to break her heart and tell her it was for 2011. No dates where put next to September made confusing. When will there be another Brisbane auditions?
