So much musical theatre history in this one Instagram post!

Singin’ in The Rain, like many musicals across the country and the world, are allowing company members to “takeover” posting on their official Instagram account in order to give fans an unprecedented insight into the behind-the-scenes life of the show.

This week’s takeover is being run by Rohan Browne, who plays leading man Don Lockwood (a character famously created by Gene Kelly in the 1952 film), and he just won the musical theatre internet award with this amazing post about Gene Kelly’s original shooting script, his handwritten notes and a publicity image!

You’re welcome.
